Theodora Panteli

Bio

Dora was a professional basketball player for 14 years and the first Greek female athlete to ever be awarded with a full athletic scholarship to play in the US (NCAA D1). She has been a member of the Greek National Team (U16, U17, U21 and Women's Team) and the captain of Binghamton Women’s Basketball Team (2009- 2010). She has played for almost all the DI teams in Greece and she counts: 2 Championships, x2 Second Place and x1 Third place as well as 2 Cup titles, x1 Second Place and she hold numerous records in rebounding. Her last year as a professional player (2016-2017), she played for the Championship title with the team of Athinaikos against Olympiacos. During her last season, she was averaging almost a double- double in every game and end up the year as the TOP rebounder (among Greek players).
