International women's tournament.
9 teams participating.
Takes place at the venue of Tinkoff Moscow Challenger, part of FIBA 3x3 men's Pro Circuit.
$2000 for the winner, $1000 for the runner-up.

Seeding was done the following way:
1. Three guest teams were seeded to pools A, B, C according to their ranking points.
2. Teams from Russia and Belarus filled the rest slots by the "snake" logic, also according to the ranking points.
